You may return any purchase within 14 days of delivery, requesting reimbursement or exchange with another product (subject to stock availability at the time the new product is selected).
Return conditions
- In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that they are in their original condition, intact and with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your purchase to us. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend choosing an insured and trackable mail service.
- Reimbursement. We will reimburse you no later than 1 - 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
- Product exchange. If available, we will ship your exchanged product no later than 2 - 3 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. You will be charged or reimbursed with any difference in cost. We will use the same address as you used for the original order.
